She explained that if there were a request, the residents would have the option <br /> to express their opinion during a public hearing. She stated that currently there would only be <br /> one parcel proposed to be zoned to this district and this would simply provide a zoning tool for <br /> the future. <br /> Ms. Abendroth stated that she currently has a 150-foot easement behind the daycare, as do her <br /> neighbors. She asked if there would be a change to that buffer. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill explained that there was an agreement between the <br /> subject property owner in the next case with the adjacent neighbors for a buffer/land swap. He <br /> stated that the City does not have authority over those types of private agreements. He stated <br /> that the private arrangement between the property owners exceeds the setback required by the <br /> City.
