Rentals used are considered to be the most similar of available data. <br />Comparable data of both single -tenant and multi -tenant buildings may be considered. The appeal of a <br />stand-alone single -tenant building is off -set by the lower/shared cost of a multi -tenant building. With <br />respect to size, single- and multi -tenant buildings are considered similar.
