<br />Appraisal Experience
<br />Presently and since 1985, William R. Waytas has been employed as a full time real estate appraiser.
<br />Currently a partner and President of the Nagel! Appraisal Incorporated, an independent appraisal firm (10
<br />employees) who annually prepare 1,500 +/- appraisal reports of all types. Mr. Waytas was employed with
<br />Iver C. Johnson & Company, Ltd., Phoenix, AZ from 1985 to 1987.
<br />Properties appraised:
<br />• Commercial - low and high -density multi -family, retail, office, industrial, restaurant, church, strip -
<br />mall, fast-food, convenience stores, auto -service and repair, hotel, hotel water park, bed &
<br />breakfast, cinema, marina, numerous special use properties, and subdivision analysis.
<br />• Residential — single-family residences, hobby farms, Lakeshore, condominiums, townhouses,
<br />REO and land.
<br />• Eminent Domain — extensive partial and total acquisition appraisal services provided to
<br />numerous governmental agencies and private owners.
<br />• Special Assessment — numerous street improvement and utilities projects for both governmental
<br />and private owners.
<br />• Review — residential, commercial and land development.
<br />• Clients - served include banks, savings and loan associations, trust companies, corporations,
<br />governmental bodies, relocation companies, attorneys, REO companies, accountants and private
<br />individuals.
<br />• Area of Service - most appraisal experience is in the greater Twin Cities Metro Area (typically an
<br />hour from downtown metro). Numerous assignments throughout Minnesota.
