2. Deny Resolution #19-087 - This would stop the project and the potential sale of the land. The preliminary plat <br />was already approved, and as the final plat meets what was proposed at the preliminary plat stage, Staff does <br />not support this alternative. <br />3. Table Resolution #19-087 - This would push the discussion back two weeks until the next City Council <br />meeting, allowing Staff time to work with the Developer to answer specific questions related to the plan <br />sheets or Development Agreement; Staff could support this alternative if the City Council needs additional <br />information on a specific topic in order to approve. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with processing the Application are the responsibility of the Applicant. The Planning <br />Commission has recommended approval of this project. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff and Planning Commission recommend approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement.
