Councilmember Heinrich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-071 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERSTONE 3rd <br />ADDITION AND ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR RIVERSTONE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Riverstone Addition 2nd <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has also received a request to extend by one year the previously <br />approved Preliminary Plat for Riverstone Addition, which includes up to 246 detached single- <br />family homes and 98 attached townhome units (293 total units); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the original Preliminary Plat with several <br />contingencies on June 13, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer provided a revised Preliminary Plat that addresses the June <br />13, 2017 contingencies and widens multiple lots for a net reduction of total lots by two (2); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the revised Preliminary Plat on June 26, 2018; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on February 19, 2019 the Developer applied for Final Plat approval for the <br />3rd addition of the Riverstone Development; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone 3rd <br />Addition. <br />2. The Riverstone Preliminary Plat was previously approved by the City Council on June 26, <br />2018 and would expire on June 26, 2019. The previously approved Riverstone Preliminary <br />Plat is extend by one calendar year from its previous expiration date of June 26, 2019 to <br />June 26, 2020. <br />3. The Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for Riverstone 3rd <br />Addition. <br />
