Planning Commission Chairperson Nixt stated that these types of questions will be asked at the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Max stated that in his opinion, the ordinance is just taking a different approach to what Staff <br />ah'eady does. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Chairperson Nixt stated that he would like to know if the adoption of this <br />ordinance will impact any other sections of the City Code and how that will be resolved. <br /> <br />All Planning and Park Commissioners were asked to get their con2~nents to the EP,TF as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Staffing the Environmental Expo Booth <br /> <br />Park Commission Chairperson Jill Jolms stated that the Park Conm~ission wilt have a booth at <br />the Environmental Expo on May 3.' Given that there isa substantial amount of new development <br />occurring in Ramsey, and that there is now a draft Tree Preservation Ordinance, she suggested <br />that the Planning Commission and EPTF staff the booth in cooperation with the Park <br />Commission. <br /> <br />EPTF members said they are plmming on being present at the Expo and Mr. Brauer volunteered <br />to represent the Planning Commission. Plmming Commission Chairperson Nixt stated that at the <br />April Planning Commission meeting, the members will discuss co-staffing the booth and what <br />can be provided for as far as exhibits. <br /> <br />AD,IOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Planning Commission' Chairperson Nixt and seconded by Planning Commissioner <br />Eric Watson to adjourn the special joint meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Planning Commissioners Nixt, Reeve, Watson, Brauer, Shepherd; <br />Park and Recreation Commissioners Johns, Olds, Leb2nan, Rolfe; EPTF Members McDilda, <br />Max, Connolly, Dvorak.
