ORDINANCE NO. 05-07 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY <br /> RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of thi~ Ordinanc~ <br />to authorize the City to sell certain re~l <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessa~ <br />for the City's purposes. This ordinance <br />is adopted pursuant to and under tl~e <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the <br />following legally described real propertY2/ <br />owned by the City, as surplus proper~ <br />and hereby authorizes its sale, Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: ' <br /> The North 200 feet of the South <br /> 233 feet of the West 200 feet of <br /> the East 1146 feet of the South <br /> Half of the Southeast Quarter of · <br /> Section 27, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted resolution determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4.
