PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance <br /> to authorize the City ~o sell certain real <br /> property which property the City Council <br /> has determined is' no longer necessary <br /> for the City's purposes. This ordinance <br />· is adopted pursuant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTfON 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council he'reby declares the <br /> folloWing legally described real property <br /> owned by the City, as surplus propeity <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale.
