' ORDINANCE NO. OS-OS CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "COUNCIL, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS" CHAPTER OF THE CiTY CODE. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #05-05 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing tile public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #05-05 to amend Chapter 2 (Council, Boards and Commissions) of the Ramsey City Code to establish a Housing and Redevelopment Authority. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
