It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #05-03 to amend Ramsey City C~de Chapter 9 (Zoning and SubdivisioL~r of Land), Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Resider~tial District) to amend bulk standards ~nd performance standards for the iR-1 Residential - Rural Developing District. It is I~he intent of this amendment to rec~Jire lot clustering in the Rural Developing District, in order to preserve land.ifor potential urban development at sd, me point in the future.
