SUMMARY <br /> <br />The tbllowing official summary of Ordinance #05-03 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #05-03 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential District)to amend <br />bull( standards and performance standards for the R-1 Residential - Rural Developing <br />District, It is the intent of this amendment to require lot clustering in the Rural <br />Developing District, in order to preserve land for potential urban development at some <br />point in the future. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
