Mayor LeTourneau called the meeting to order at <br />5:42 p.m. Mayor LeTourneau welcomed everyone and asked if there was anything from the <br />previous planning sessions that should be re -addressed. All participants agreed they were ready <br />to move ahead. Mayor LeTourneau reviewed rules of engagement. <br />Review Agenda and Meeting Objectives. The agenda was noted and agreed upon. Mayor <br />LeTourneau stated that the focus of the session would be on the action items. He explained the action plan' s <br />color coding. He stated that the darkest green color through the non -shaded action items represented 90 <br />percent agreement to less than 70 percent agreement from participants as to whether or not the action item is <br />critical to achieving the City's mission in the next 12 months. <br />Review Action Items All participants discussed and provided feedback regarding each action item. <br />Items that were not deemed to be critical to the City' s mission or that were not achievable in the <br />next 12 months were removed. <br />Strategic Planning Session — April 3, 2019 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
