CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORK SESSION CITY OF RASMEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Special Work/Strategic Planning Session on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. Mayor LeTourneau called the meeting to order at 5:42 p.m. Mayor LeTourneau welcomed everyone and asked if there was anything from the previous planning sessions that should be re -addressed. All participants agreed they were ready to move ahead. Mayor LeTourneau reviewed rules of engagement. Review Agenda and Meeting Objectives. The agenda was noted and agreed upon. Mayor LeTourneau stated that the focus of the session would be on the action items. He explained the action plan' s color coding. He stated that the darkest green color through the non -shaded action items represented 90 percent agreement to less than 70 percent agreement from participants as to whether or not the action item is critical to achieving the City's mission in the next 12 months. Review Action Items All participants discussed and provided feedback regarding each action item. Items that were not deemed to be critical to the City' s mission or that were not achievable in the next 12 months were removed. Strategic Planning Session — April 3, 2019 Page 1 of 2
