Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-131 <br />RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEPTIVITY TO METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />LIVABLE COMMUNITIES GRANT FUNDING FOR GREENWAY TERRACE 2ND <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the first phase of Greenway Terrace, a multifamily workforce housing <br />development, is complete and fully occupied; and <br />WHEREAS, the second phase of this project is submitting applications for financing, <br />including a grant request to the Metropolitan Council, which requires City support for the <br />application, but does not include a financial request for City funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby acknowledges receptivity to a Metropolitan Council <br />Livable Communities Grant. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th day of May 2019. <br />Mayor <br />
