7.29. Only information that is in the separate document, marked in accordance with this <br />section, and ultimately determined to be confidential under § 7.29 will be exempt from <br />disclosure under FOIA. <br />2. Publication/Sharing of Application Information <br />Following the completion of the selection process and announcement of awards, <br />the Department intends to publish a list of all applications received along with the names <br />of the applicant organizations and funding amounts requested. Except for the information <br />properly marked as described in Section H.1., the Depaitinent may make application <br />narratives publicly available or share application information within the Department or <br />with other Federal agencies if the Department determines that sharing is relevant to the <br />respective program's objectives. <br />3. Department Feedback on Applications <br />The Department strives to provide as much information as possible to assist <br />applicants with the application process. The Depaitiuent will not review applications in <br />advance, but Depaitiuent staff are available for technical questions and assistance. To <br />efficiently use Department resources, the Department will prioritize interactions with <br />applicants who have not already received a debrief on their FY 2018 BUILD <br />Transportation grant application. Program staff will address questions to <br />BUILDgrants@dot.gov throughout the application period.
