In order to consider this litigation, the City Council must meet <br />with its attorney in a confidential setting to obtain advice regarding pending litigation. It would be detrimental to the <br />interest of the City to hold a public discussion with its attorney regarding its legal positions and strategy. The matter <br />to be discussed relates to a former employee. The specific subjects to be discussed, pursuant to Minn.
