Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-137 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBER NADINE HEINRICH TO THE <br />HIGHWAY 10 COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the Highway 10 Committee is currently underrepresented due to the <br />resignation of Councilmember Shryock; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council selects three members to serve on the Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, at the May 28, 2019 work -session, it was the consensus of the Council to <br />appoint Councilmember Heinrich to the vacant position on the Highway 10 Committee. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution 419-137 to do the following: <br />Appoint Councilmember Nadine Heinrich to the Highway 10 Committee. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heinrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
