CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:04 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Oath of Office—Patrol Officer <br /> Police Chief Katers stated that Arron Pipenhagen is the newest addition to the department, and <br /> they are pleased to have him. He provided background information on Officer Pipenhagen <br /> including his education and experience. He also introduced the newest CSO of the Police <br /> Department. <br /> Mayor LeTourneau administered the Oath of Office to new Patrol Officer Aaron Pipenhagen. <br /> 2.02: Recognize Councilmember Melody Shryock for her Service to the City of Ramsey <br /> City Council/April 23,2019 <br /> Page 2 of 12 <br />
