PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 6.01: Public Hearing: Adopt Ordinance #19-08 Vacating Underlying Easements for <br /> Harvest Estates 2nd Addition <br /> Presentation <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> vacate the underlying drainage and utility easements, which will be replaced with new easements <br /> at the time the final plat is recorded. This is a standard step in all plats where preexisting <br /> drainage and utility easements are present.
