Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-139 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, SITE PLAN, AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR ANDERSON DAHLEN SOUTH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Knoll Properties LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />for Final Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Bury and Carlson Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Anderson Dahlen South Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat and Site Plan Approval <br />for Anderson Dahlen South Addition on May 2, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned E-2 Employment District and is approximately <br />19.88 acres in size and the Developer has requested to subdivide approximately 8.75 acres from <br />the full 19.88 acres; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and site plan on June 6, <br />2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat, Site Plan, and Development <br />Agreement on June 25, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat, site plan, and development <br />agreement approval for Anderson Dahlen South Addition contingent upon the following <br />conditions <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />
