Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-138 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND SITE PLAN OF DELTA MODTECH <br />WHEREAS, Knoll Properties LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Amsterdam Extension, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat and Site Plan Approval for Delta <br />ModTech on May 2, 2019; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned E-3 Employment District and is approximately 3 1. 10 acres; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and site plan on June 6, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Site Plan on June 25, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and site plan approval for Delta ModTech <br />contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a. The Developer enters into a development agreement with the City of Ramsey; and <br />b. The Developer be granted a variance to the buffer yard requirement for an industrial business <br />adjacent to a residential property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Heinrich, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
