The safety, maintenance, and care of <br />Ramsey's current housing stock will ensure its longevity, sustain our older neighborhoods, <br />and allow the housing stock to evolve as our residents evolve. <br />Strategy: Rehabilitate and improve housing stock to preserve rural character and enhance <br />existing neighborhoods <br />Policies and Actions: <br />1. Provide incentive -based approaches for individual improvements to private <br />properties <br />2. Eliminate blighting influences such as unkempt yards, glaring lights, unscreened <br />storage, noise, inappropriate vehicle storage, etc. <br />3.
