146 <br />University of Minnesota Resilient Communities Project <br />During the 2017-2018 Academic School Year, Ramsey partnered with the University of Minnesota's <br />Resilient Communities Project (RCP) to advance resilience planning and goals. A summary of the <br />projects evaluated during the academic year is found below. Project reports are available upon <br />requests.
