Special assessments are not proposed to fund any portion of this project. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends Alternative Action # 1. Cracksealing continues to be the most cost-effective pavement <br />maintenance operation available. <br />On May 21, 2019, the Public Works Committee received input from Staff regarding temporarily suspending the <br />City of Ramsey's sealcoat program but continuing to complete crackseal improvements.
