Public Information Meeting
Comments on Sewer Alignment Alternatives
Febrna 7, 2005

Name:
Address:
Phone:

Ken & Tina Amundson
16863 Sodium Street NW
(763) 753-4184

General Comments: ~

We are concerned about the following: ~.
1. My property value dropping because a neighbor has hooked up to City sewer and water and I
have not.
2. The cost for hook-up. The $17',000 is not a tree value. Capping off the well, removing or
crushing septic tank, re-routing line hook Ups from rear of home to front of home are just some of
the other costs involved.

3. Should not be forced to hook-up. It should be optional.

4. Should not be forced to hook-up to City/sewer and water if septic system or well fails. It should
be once again optional if you choose to go either way.

Name:

Address:

Greg & Lynn Frantzen

15952 Nowthen Boulevard

Phone: (763) 576-9220

General Comments:
-We live at the comer of Nowthen/Xenon. We are not opposed to the Xenon side of the property
being used for this. The trees on this side are of no value to us.

-I am very. concerned with the pumpingofthe wetland. Last summer the amount of wildlife in our
yard sky-rocketed when the Sunfish Lake area was pumped. We suffered a fire-possibly related to
the dryness. -
