• Whether grant funds have been spent for or progress has been made on a prior LCDA <br />development or pre -development grant for the same project or a related project. <br />Step Two Total <br />50 <br />Combined Step One and Step Two Total <br />100 <br />Combined Step One and Step Two scores must total 60 to be considered for funding. <br />Housing Performance Score <br />The applicant's Housing Performance Score will be converted from a 100-point scale to a 10- <br />point scale. If a proposed project includes new affordable housing or if a significant amount of <br />affordable housing is already located within the project site/area, the proposal will be held <br />harmless by assigning the higher of the community's actual performance score or the average <br />performance scores from all proposals being evaluated. <br />10 <br />Overall Total <br />110 <br />Section 4: Reporting Requirements <br />Grantees are required to submit periodic progress reports. The detail supplied with payment requests <br />comprises the bulk of the progress reports, which are augmented with semi-annual reports. A final <br />progress report is required with the last payment request. When a grant is closed, the grantee's chief <br />financial officer is required to certify to the appropriate expenditure of grant funds.
