Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-154 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR SUITE LIVING <br />WHEREAS, Hampton Companies, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Site Plan <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 3' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Site Plan Approval for Suite Living on June 6, <br />2019; and <br />WHEREAS, upon application review it was noted that a noise study would need to be completed due to <br />proximity to US Highway 10/169 and forecasted noise levels. Noise study must ensure compliance with Mn <br />Rules 7030; and <br />WHEREAS, the application for site plan approval was considered complete on June 26, 2019 upon <br />receipt of the required noise study; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned Mixed Use -Planned Unit Development (MU-PUD) and is <br />approximately 2.14 acres in size; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the site plan on July 10, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Site Plan on July 23, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants site plan approval for Suite Living contingent upon the <br />following conditions <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. The Applicant enter into a development agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
