Commissioner VanScoy asked if approval would be contingent upon conformance to the <br />outcome of the inspections. <br />City Planner Anderson confirmed that is one of the recommended conditions of approval. <br />Citizen Input <br />Valerie Phillips, 14211 Argon Street NW, stated that she has been teaching for 31 years and <br />noted that this would be a Montessori preschool. <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Anderson, Peters, Johnson, <br />Gengler, VanScoy, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None.
