Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 8:50 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Commissioner Anderson asked if there would be a deceleration lane or right turn lane to access <br />this site. <br />City Planner McGuire Brigl stated that the application has been submitted to MnDOT for review, <br />but comments have not yet been received. <br />Commissioner Anderson stated that he would strongly recommend a turn lane for the access. <br />Commissioner Woestehoff asked if any recommendation would contingent upon the tree <br />preservation plan. <br />Chairperson Bauer confirmed that the Conditional Use Permit would be contingent upon <br />completion of that action. <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #19-100 Granting a Variance from the Requirement for City Utilities <br />on the Subject Property. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Anderson, Peters, Gengler, <br />Johnson, VanScoy, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #19-122 Approving a Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan and Sketch <br />Plan for M&G Trailer. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Peters, Woestehoff, Anderson, <br />Gengler, Johnson, and VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />6.
