Commissioner VanScoy stated that he believes that this is a great project but simply does not like <br />the variance. <br />6.04: Consider Site Plan for Anderson Dahlen (Project #19-109); Case of Anderson <br />Dahlen <br />Presentation <br />Planning Consultant Maass presented the Staff Report and the recommendation to approve of the <br />site plan and associated approvals for Anderson Dahlen contingent upon compliance with Staff <br />Review. <br />Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner Woestehoff, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to recommend that <br />City Council approve the site plan and associated approvals for Anderson Dahlen contingent <br />upon compliance with Staff Review. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Woestehoff, Johnson, <br />Anderson, Gengler, Peters, and VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />7. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />7.01: Receive Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Chairperson Bauer stated that the July meeting will need to be rescheduled due to the July 4th <br />meeting. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill noted that he will contact the Commissioners to <br />determine the best date to reschedule. <br />8. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion Carried.
