Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-174 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR M & G TRAILER TO OPERATE A TRAILER SALES AND REPAIR BUSINESS <br />ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 9387 HIGHWAY 10 NW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a site plan and final plat for a <br />commercial plat named Ralph's Addition on the property generally known as 9387 Highway 10 <br />NW; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Ralph's Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Ralph LLC (the "Applicant") has applied and received final plat, conditional <br />use permit, and site plan approval to build a commercial building for trailer sales and repair under <br />the name M & G Trailer; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Conditional Use Permit, Site <br />Plan, and Final Plat on June 25, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, a contingency of said approval was to enter into a development agreement to <br />payment of applicable fees, and payment of applicable development fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the previous development <br />agreement at their July 9, 2019 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the amended development agreement includes a lower dollar amount for the <br />required surety, approval of the architectural plan, and an agreement to a wider entrance to the site. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br />1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey approves the development agreement for M&G <br />Trailer contingent upon: <br />a. Final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />b. Final review and approval of legal form by the City Attorney. <br />c. Final plat recording at Anoka County. <br />d. Wider entrance to the site to accommodate truck traffic. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br />
