Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-152 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASING AND RESTATING <br />ASSOCIATED AGREEMENTS FOR DELTA MODTECH <br />WHEREAS, SLP EX, LLC and AMP EX, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />for Final Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Amsterdam Extension, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposed Development Agreement as well as associated <br />agreements on July 23, 2019. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the development agreement for Delta ModTech. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 23' day of <br />July, 2019. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
