219 <br />Existing System <br />The existing wastewater treatment system, shown in Figure 1 in Appendix A, includes 8 Lift <br />Stations, forcemain and gravity sanitary sewer. This figure also shows the location of the two <br />connection points to the MCES system. The City does not have a separate sanitary sewer treatment <br />facility from the MCES, however, approximately 4,100 Individual Sewage Treatment Systems are <br />active in the City limits. A map of the ISTS is included in Appendix A as Figure 3. <br />Population, Household, and Employment Forecasts <br />The municipally owned sanitary sewer system provides service to all residents and businesses in <br />the City.
