Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-150 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, SITE PLAN, AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR NAME BRAND SELF STORAGE <br />WHEREAS, Name Brand Self Storage/Josh Peterson hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for Final Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, West Ramsey Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Name Brand First Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat and Site Plan Approval for <br />Name Brand Self Storage on June 6, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned E-1 Employment District and is approximately 8.49 <br />acres in size; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and site plan on July 10, 2019; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat, Site Plan, and Development Agreement <br />on July 23, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat, Site Plan, and Development Agreement <br />approval for Name Brand First Addition contingent upon the following conditions <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. Receipt of a Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization Permit. <br />c. Review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />d. Easement for existing cul-de-sac. <br />
