CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING (CLOSED PORTION) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at the <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br /> Councilmember John Dehen <br /> Councilmember David Elvig <br /> Councilmember David Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Matt Look <br /> Councilmember Colin McGlone <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> Councilmember Elect Randy Backous <br /> Councilmember-Elect Jason Tossey <br /> 4.01 Consider the Purchase of the Right of access Being the Right of Ingress to Egress from <br /> the Following Described Parcels to Trunk Highway 47: Outlot A, B, and C, River's Bend <br /> Third Addition,Lot 1,Block 1,Holiday Acres and Lot 1,Block 1,Ramsey Office Park <br /> The Closed Portion began at 6:10 p.m. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Mayor Ramsey to allow councilmembers Elect <br /> Tossey and Backous to stay for the closed session. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Wise, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br /> Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br /> Council discussed funding sources for the purchase and agreed upon an offer. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to closed the closed <br /> session. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, <br /> McGlone and Wise.
