CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at the <br /> Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> Finance Director Diana Lund <br /> Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> Civil Engineer IV Lenard Linton <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor,LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Presentation of the 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report by the City's <br /> Auditing Firm of Mallow, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Company (MMKR) <br /> Aaron Nielsen, MMKR, stated that within the packet are the Comprehensive Annual Financial <br /> Report (CAFR), Special Purpose Reports, and Management Report. He reported that the City <br /> received an unmodified or clean opinion on the financial statements. He referenced the Special <br /> Purpose Reports and noted that there were no material weaknesses or issues of noncompliance. <br /> He stated that the City was able to meet the fund balance goal for the general fund and favorable <br /> operating results were found for the fund. He welcomed any questions the Council may have. <br /> Councilmember Riley stated that the Council received a more comprehensive report during the <br /> worksession tonight and thanked Mr. Nielsen for his presentation. <br /> City Council/June 11,2019 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br />
