Cotmci hnember Elvig introduced the folloWing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-12-375 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO iBEGIN PROCESS OF THE ACQUISITION AND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY OFFICE AND RESIDEING/INSULATING OF <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS CAMPUS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current public works storage capacity is at full capacity; and <br /> <br />WltEREAS, only certain sections °fthe building are currently heated; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 2005,2009 CIP designates a project entitled "Residing and h~sulating of <br />the metal building at Public Works Campus; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding for the project wOuld be obtained from the Facility Construction <br />Fund in an amount not to exceed $250,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT .REsoLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The City Council authorizes the acquisition of temporary office structures and the <br />residing/insulating of the PW metal building in an amount not to exceed $250,000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Counci hnember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Counci hnember Pearson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the £ollowing abstained: <br /> <br />NOlle <br /> <br />and thc following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br /> <br />
