Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-12-381 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Berge began working for the City June 1, 2004 and was subject to <br />a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Berge has successfUlly completed the required six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its December 14, 2004 meeting agreed with <br />stal?ffs recommendation to end the probationary period of Michael Berge, effective December 1, <br />2OO4. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Michael Berge, effective December 1, <br />2004. <br /> <br />Thc motion roi' the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upol~ vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Counci lmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the £ollowing voted against the same:. <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />'NOlle <br /> <br />and thc Following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihnember Strommen <br /> <br /> <br />
