Councihnember Jeffrey introduced thefollowing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-01-026 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC <br />WORKS MAINTENANCE!WoRKER ANDY ECCLESTON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andy Eccleston was hired as a full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />I'or the City of Ramsey and began work on July 20, 2004, subject to a six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Andy Eccleston SUccessfully completed his probationary period and his <br />performance was documented ,by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 25, 2005 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Maintenance <br />Workcr Andy Eccleston, effective January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE'OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of the <br />Personnel Committee-to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Any Eccleston, effective January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Counci hnember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and thc following abstained: <br /> <br />Norle <br /> <br /> <br />
