Councilmember Pearson introduc6d the follOWing i'esolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />m so UTIoN #05-02-0S <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RESCINDING FINDINGS OF FACT AND THE ISSUANCE OF A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PE mv IT TO mDANCE, LLC TO CONSTRUCT a <br />COMMERCIAL CAR WASH IN THEiTC-2 ZONING DISTRICT AND DECLARING <br /> TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramdance LLC,: hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />withdrawn it's application for a Conditional :Use Permit to construct a commercial car wash in <br />the TC-2 Zoning District on property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot I, Ramsey Town center AdditiOn, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY¢ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant has withdrawn application to construct a commercial car wash in the TC-2 <br /> Zoning District. <br /> <br />2. That resolution //04-07-194 and #04-07-195 approving the findings of fact and conditional <br /> use permit are hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
