Councilmember Olson introduced'the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-049 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY OFFICE PARK WHEREAS, on November 4, 2004, Riverside Companies, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to plat one buildable lot on the following legally described property located in the City of Rfimsey: That part of Outlot A, River's Bend .3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the Southwest Comer of said Outlot A; thence on an assumed bearing of north 19 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds west, along the west line of said Outlot A, a distance of 205.21 feet to the point oifbeglnning of the line to be described; thence north 67 degrees 21 minutes 17 seconds east a distance of 332.59 feet to the east line of said Outlot A and said described line them terminating. -or upon recording- Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Office Park,iAnoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on December 2, 2004; and WHEREAS, park dedication was satisfied through a previous development agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on February 8, 2005. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramscy City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Office Park in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated February 4, 2005.
