Counci hnember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-02-045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PATROL <br />OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brad BlumI was hired as a full-time Patrol Officer for the City of Ramsey <br />and began work on January 14, 2004, subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brad Bluml successfully completed his probationary period and his <br />performance was documented by the Police Chief and Sergeant Lueck; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel COmmittee, at it February 8, 2005 meeting agreed with the <br />staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Patrol Officer, effective <br />January 15, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That thc City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Patrol Officer Brad <br />Bluml effective January 15, 2005, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Cotmci lmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and thc following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
