Counci hnember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-11-347 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF OCTOBER 30, 2004 THROUGH NOVEMBER 12, 2004. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the Period of October 30, 2004 through November <br />12, 2004, ill the amount of $1,624,734.61; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY; STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the.accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />Ibr the period October 30, 2004, thrOugh November 12, 2004 in the amount of <br />$1,624,734.61. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reSolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Counci hnember Kurak <br />Councilembmer Elvig <br />Counci hnember Cook <br />Counci Imember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the tbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />IN~olle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />~olle <br /> <br /> <br />
