Co uncilmember Cook introduced tho following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-10-317 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE :TRANSFER OF EXCESS GENERAL FUND <br />REVENUES TO THE pARK TRUST FUND. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, $650,985.94 remained as excess revenues to be transferred from the <br />General Fund for year ended December 31, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the April 27, 2004, City Council meeting, Council motioned that <br />10%, or $65,098.59 would be transferred to a park Trust Fund when created; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park Trust Fund Was adopted by Ordinance on September 13, <br />2004, with an effective date of October ]7; 2004. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the transfer of excess General <br />Fund Revenues in the amount :of $65,098.59 to the Park Trust Fund from the <br />Equipment Revolving Fund Where the fitnds are temporarily being held. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the iforegoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Pearson, and: up°n Vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereo£: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
