Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-151 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />RIVENWICK VILLAGE 3RD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Paxmar LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat approval <br />of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Or upon platting: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat Approval for Rivenwick Village 3rd <br />Addition on May 2, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed an associated sketch plan on June 6, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned Mixed Use -Planned Unit Development (MU-PUD); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement on July 9, 2019; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat and Development Agreement approval for <br />Rivenwick Village 3rd Addition contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Heinrich, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
