Commissioner introduced the follOwing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # HRA-05-03-002 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THESECRETARY-TREASURER FOR THE RAMSEY HOUSING AND REDEVELopME~Ti AUTHORITY (HRA) TO DELEGATE CERTAIN DUTIES TO CITY STAFF AND CONSULTANTS. WHEREAS, on March 8, 2005, the Ramsey City Council ad~pted ReSolution #05-03- __ to establish a Housing and Redevelopment AUthority, in and for the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, on March 22~ 2005, pursuant to Minnesota statutes 469, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution #HRA-05-03-001 to establish by-laws by which it shal1 be governed; ~d WHEREAS, on March 221 2005, the I-IRA Board of Commissioners elected a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary-Treasurer; and WHEREAS, the HRA By-Laws state that with a majority approval of the Board of Commissioners, the Secretary-Tre~urer may delegate dnties to City Staff and/or consultants. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ;THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY,- IN AND FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: The Secretary-TreasUrer for. the Ramsey HRA is herein authorized to delegate the following duties: a) Recording of meeting minUtes to~Timesavers, Inc. b) Custody and: maintenance Of HRA funds to the City of Ramsey Financ© Officer The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing resolution was duly~ seconded by Commissioner . __, upon vote being taken thereonl the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners this the __ day of ., 2005. : Chairperson
