AMENDMENT TO CHANGE A I3AND U~E DESIGNATION ON THE PROPOSED PLAT OF SWEET BAY RIDGE FROM R-! i~R~L RESERVE TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, AND AUTHORIZING CITY: STAFF TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR :AkN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN : ~ WHEREAS, on February , 2005, the citY of Ramsey received an application from Oakwood Land Development (the. "Prope~ O,Wner'') requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the fUture land u,se designation from R-1 Rural Reserve to Low Density Residential for the following· legally described;property: That part of the Northeast Qua~er of the SOutheast Quarter of Section 16, TownshiP 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 17 minUtes 47 seconds. West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1000.03 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be desaribed; thence South 27 degrees 07 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 1490.98 feet to the SOuth line of Said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and there terminating.
