Commissioner Watson thought ~e amendment riO the ComprehenSive Plan was wrong for so <br />many reasons. The ComprehenS~ive plan shOUld ibc a guiding document. He stated that the ink <br />isn't even dry and we are already Changing rite comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Watson, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution denYing the reqUest:tO amend the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated Mr. Petersonis an honest and ethical .person and he knows of his <br />developments and they have all been good, but he is ~" with doing anything until <br />they figure out what they are gO!rig to do iin theidevelo clean Up. He stated he <br />needs to see what is going to be ~ne extent of the clean up. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer Stated the amendment tO~him this is a <br />policy decision. He stated the re'on the.
