Dcsignlthat Was approved last year assumed that the first phase <br />of the parking ramp will onl~ includci460 Cars. After recently changing the first phase of the <br />parking ramp to include the t~Durth leVdl andi 0P to 600 stalls, there is also a need to increase the <br />scope of services for design services. <br /> <br />This case was presented to .~e Public' Works Committee at their March meeting. The public <br />works case and contract are attached. <br /> <br />The Committee recommended amending thd contract for LSA to reflect these changes. Full <br />council action would norma~':take pl~ce at ibc first meeting in April when the Public Works <br />Committee report is rcccivcd~ hoWevcrlthis isitime sensitive and is being brought forward at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Committee Action: : <br /> <br />Motion to approve the conkact: amendment for LSA to include the items that are in the <br />proposal.
