<br />gambling cn the premix.

<br />Lessor records -Tine le~-c~ shall maintain a record of all money
<br />r~e[ved frcm bhe organizaf2on, end make the recerd available to
<br />the Ecard and ils agenbs, and ~e commissioners of revenue and
<br />public sarah), and the!r agents upon demand. 'Fne record shall be
<br />mainteined for a per,cd cf 3-1/2 years.

<br />Rent all-inclusive o ~m. cunLs paid as rent by the organizaEon to
<br />l:he le%-,cr are all-inclusive (except bingo rent). No other servic~ or
<br />exF, e?.ses provided or ncnb-acted by the le%~or may be paid by the
<br />organiz=~t'cn, inducing but not limited to trash removal, janitcdal
<br />and c'.e.~ning se.c.¢fces, snc;v remcval, !awn services, e!ectridb/,
<br />heat, -.'e~.L'dl'f, s~u~b/mcnitcdnc~, ~orac~e, other utilities or
<br />services, and in the case of bar c.cera~cns, cash sho~ages. A~ny
<br />other expenditures made by an organizahJon that is rebated to
<br />lea~d ~remises must be approved by the dire~or ofbhe Gambling
<br />CcnL-d ~ard. Rent payments may not be made to an individual.
