<br />Access to pertained premises - The Board and its agents, the
<br />commi~icners o1' revenue and public safely and their agents, and
<br />law enforcement personnel have access to the pertained premises
<br />at any reachable t~m..e during the business hours of the lessor.
<br />
<br />The crganiza~Jon has a'ccess to the permEted premises during any
<br />time reachable and when necessary for ~e conduct of lawful
<br />gambling on the ~emises.
<br />
<br />Lessor records - The le%-,cr shall maintain a record of all money
<br />received from ~e organization, and make ~e record available to
<br />the 8card and its agent, and the commissioners of revenue and
<br />public sefab/and the!r agents upon demand. The record shall be
<br />maintained for a period cf 3-:[/2 years.
<br />
<br />Rent all-inclusive - Amounts paid as rent by the organization to
<br />the le%-cr are aPl-inclusive (except bingo rent). No other services or
<br />expends provided cr conu~acted by the lessor may be paid by the
<br />organiza~cn, including but not limited to ~rash removal, janitorial
<br />and c!eaning ser¢ices, snow removal, lawn ~rvices, eleC~-idbt,
<br />heat, ~eurib/, s~udb/mcnitodng, storage, other utilities or
<br />servlcas, and in the case cf bar operations, cash sho~ages. Any
<br />cther expendi~res made by an organizaticn that is related to a
<br />[enid premi_~s mu~ be approved by ~e dire~cr of bh, e Gambling
<br />Control ~card. Rent payments may not be made to an individual.

<br />Acknowledgment of Lease Terms
