No other services or <br />expends provided cr conu~acted by the lessor may be paid by the <br />organiza~cn, including but not limited to ~rash removal, janitorial <br />and c!eaning ser¢ices, snow removal, lawn ~rvices, eleC~-idbt, <br />heat, ~eurib/, s~udb/mcnitodng, storage, other utilities or <br />servlcas, and in the case cf bar operations, cash sho~ages.
